These Terms of Service govern your use of this application. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part, you may not use the Service.

Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By using the tool, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Do not share your password. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us immediately.

Acceptable Use
You agree to use this tool only for its intended purpose — documenting and managing care records for children. You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, enter false or fraudulent information, attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts, or interfere with or disrupt the Service.

Your Data
You retain full ownership of all data you enter. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store and process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter. This tool is a documentation tool — it is not a substitute for professional medical, legal, or educational advice.

Subscription & Billing
The tool offers a free plan and a paid Pro plan. By subscribing to Pro, you authorize us to charge your payment method monthly until you cancel.
- Cancellation: You may cancel anytime. Pro access continues until the end of the billing period. No partial refunds.
- Billing failures: If payment fails, your account reverts to the free plan.
- Price changes: We will provide at least 30 days notice before changing subscription pricing.

Plan Features & Changes
The features available on each plan (Free and Pro) may change over time. We reserve the right to add, modify, or move features between plans. If we remove a feature from the Free plan that you were actively using, we will provide at least 30 days advance notice by email before the change takes effect.
Features you have already logged or created will never be deleted due to a plan change — only the ability to create new records of that type may be affected.
The free plan will always remain available at no cost. We are committed to maintaining a meaningful free tier for families who need it.

Discontinuation of Service
We reserve the right to discontinue the Service at any time. If we decide to shut down permanently, we will provide at least 60 days advance notice by email before the shutdown date.
- Data export: During the notice period, you will be able to export all of your data in a portable format (PDF and CSV) before the Service closes.
- Pro refunds: If you are a Pro subscriber, we will issue a prorated refund for any unused portion of your current billing period.
- Data deletion: All user data will be permanently deleted within 90 days of the shutdown date, consistent with our Privacy Policy.

Business Transfers
If the Service is acquired, merged with, or transferred to another company or individual, your data may be transferred as part of that transaction. In such an event:
- Notice: We will notify you by email at least 30 days before any ownership transfer takes effect.
- Privacy commitments: Any successor will be required to honor the privacy commitments made in our Privacy Policy, or you will be given the opportunity to delete your account and data before the new policy takes effect.
- Your choice: If you do not wish to continue using the Service under new ownership, you may delete your account at any time before or after the transfer.

Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
Nothing on this platform constitutes medical, legal, educational, or therapeutic advice. Always consult qualified professionals for guidance specific to your child's needs.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings. Upon termination, your data will be removed per our Privacy Policy.

Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify all account holders by email and dashboard notification at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
